The Lace Dynasty — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through The Lace Dynasty website, social media channels, direct messages and other sales channels operated by The Lace Dynasty.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
All wigs and hair products are made from human hair unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.
Due to the nature of human hair, slight variations in texture, colour, density, curl pattern and appearance may occur.
Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the product. Lighting, photography, screens and styling may cause colours to appear slightly different.
2. Product Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, measurements, colour, length, density, lace type and other specifications before purchasing.
If you require clarification, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Ready-to-Ship Units
Ready-to-ship units are available for purchase until sold.
Payment confirms the purchase of the selected unit, subject to availability and any applicable consumer rights.
4. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Pre-orders and custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production or sourcing begins.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and may vary due to supplier, shipping, production or customisation circumstances.
Customers will be notified of significant delays where reasonably possible.
Custom orders are produced according to the specifications agreed with the customer.
Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted once a custom order has entered production or customisation.
This does not affect any rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods and payment requirements will be displayed or communicated before an order is confirmed.
An order is not considered secured until the required payment has been received.
Where a payment plan is offered, separate payment-plan terms will apply.
6. Payment Plans
Payment plans are available at the discretion of The Lace Dynasty and may not be available for every product.
The customer will receive the agreed payment amount, payment schedule, total purchase price and collection/delivery conditions before entering the arrangement.
The unit remains with The Lace Dynasty until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Where an arrangement constitutes a lay-by under applicable law, the relevant Australian Consumer Law and WA lay-by requirements will apply.
7. Ownership
Ownership of a purchased unit transfers to the customer once the full purchase price has been received, unless otherwise required by law.
The Lace Dynasty may retain possession of the unit until full payment has been received.
8. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
The Lace Dynasty reserves the right to change prices, promotions and product availability before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted and payment received, the agreed purchase price will apply, subject to any lawful cancellation, refund or consumer guarantee rights.
9. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers may have specific terms, expiry dates or eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Promotional pricing does not remove or limit Australian Consumer Law rights.
10. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with their unit.
The Lace Dynasty is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, excessive heat, chemical processing, colouring, bleaching, cutting, adhesive use, improper installation, excessive tension, neglect or other misuse.
11. Installation Services
Where installation services are offered, they are subject to separate appointment and cancellation terms.
The customer must disclose relevant information before an installation, including previous chemical processing, scalp sensitivities, allergies or other information reasonably necessary for the service.
12. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside The Lace Dynasty’s reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The customer is responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before placing an order.
Where an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to products damaged, lost or otherwise affected in circumstances where The Lace Dynasty is legally responsible.
13. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability or other website content. Where an obvious error occurs, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, customers retain all rights provided by that law.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected through The Lace Dynasty is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Lace Dynasty may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applying to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
