Shipping
The Lace Dynasty ships orders Australia-wide.
Available delivery options and costs are displayed or communicated at checkout or before payment.
Orders are dispatched once payment requirements have been satisfied.
Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are dependent on the selected carrier and destination.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside The Lace Dynasty’s direct control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us so we can assist with tracking.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Please carefully check your address before completing your order.
Additional shipping costs may apply where an order must be re-sent due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it where possible.
If the product itself appears damaged, contact us promptly with photographs and your order details.
We will assess the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Custom Orders Policy
Custom orders may include customised colour, length, density, lace, styling, cutting, plucking, bleaching or other alterations requested by the customer.
Before production begins, customers should confirm all requested specifications carefully.
Once a custom order has entered production or customisation, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
Custom order turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on sourcing, production, customisation and shipping.
If a custom order is affected by a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, the customer’s applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Wig Care Policy
Our units are made from human hair and require proper maintenance to preserve their appearance, softness and longevity.
Customers should:
- use suitable hair products;
- detangle gently;
- minimise excessive heat;
- use heat protection when heat styling;
- properly moisturise and condition the hair;
- follow any specific care instructions supplied with the unit;
- store the wig appropriately when not being worn; and
- avoid unnecessary chemical processing.
Styling & Colouring
Additional colouring, bleaching, toning or chemical processing after purchase may permanently alter the hair.
The Lace Dynasty is not responsible for damage resulting from chemical processing or colouring performed after purchase.
Professional assistance is recommended for significant colour or chemical changes.
Heat Damage
Excessive heat can permanently damage human hair.
Heat styling should be performed at an appropriate temperature with suitable heat protection.
Product Build-Up
Heavy styling products, mousse, oils, gels and adhesives can affect the feel and appearance of the hair.
Hair may require appropriate cleansing and conditioning to restore softness and movement.
Installation
Improper installation may cause damage to the hair, lace or construction of the unit.
Customers should follow appropriate installation practices and seek professional assistance where necessary.
Nothing in this Wig Care Policy removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
